Change Management and Change Communication for the rollout of Workday

Our client embarked on a very ambitious journey to roll out Workday to over 60,000 employee worldwide at the same time. We participated as subject matter experts in the change workstream.


As part of this engagement we:

  • Were specifically responsible for the change and communication activities
  • Analysed the context and requirements by interviewing key stakeholders and workstream leads
  • Created change deliverables including change analysis, change plan, personas, change impact assessment, communication blueprint
  • Created communication deliverables including awareness video, key value posters, video nuggets, project site on SharePoint, briefing packages for employees and managers, communication templates
  • Led bi-weekly calls with local change managers and built a community of local change managers
  • Closely worked together with sponsor, PMO and workstream leads to include change related aspects in the deliverables
