Our client asked thinknext to help with rethinking its key online channels. Besides the consultancy, we were also involved as project manager.


As part of this engagement we:

The relaunch of the client's corporate website was needed to modernize the digital presence of the company and provide a streamlined, user-friendly experience to a variety of audiences, including prospect employees, investors, potential partners and supporters.


As part of this engagement we:

  • Conducted a number of workshops and interviews with key stakeholders
  • Ran a competitive analysis of websites from peer companies, as well as investigated corporate website trends
  • Synthesized all findings into a RfP document and led a comprehensive RfP process
  • Acted as project manager on behalf of the client during the implementation phase
